How a booking works.

These notes explain how the holidays on this site are priced and booked. The payment schedule, cancellation charges and any supplier conditions for your trip are set out in writing with your quotation, before you pay anything.

Published prices

Each holiday shows the last price published for it, per person, and the date that price was valid to. It is a guide, not an offer. Your quotation carries today's price.

Taxes

A tour operator's package carries GST at 5% (Notification 11/2017-Central Tax (Rate)). An overseas tour package also carries tax collected at source at 2% under section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax Act, which you can set off against your own income tax. Unless a holiday says otherwise, published prices are before these taxes.

Hotels and flights

Hotels and flights are listed as published, "or similar". The actual hotel, room and flight are confirmed with your quotation.

Travel documents

Entry rules change. The rules page links each destination's official source; please check it, and your passport's validity, before you book.
